This weekend, I got a girlfriend.

April Fools!

Haha.

I’m still very much alone!

Anyway.

As a kid, I usually spent the morning of April 1st trying to figure out how to best traumatize my sister.

More often than not, it involved waking her up at an ungodly hour to tell her Trump died.

Unfortunately, I don’t think she found it as funny as I did.

Regardless, she’s not here today, so this was my next best option.

Saturday

Saturday was the only day worth recounting from this weekend, which was a nice change.

My host family drove me up to Sa Tuna (near Girona) where they have a house by the beach.

I don’t have the words to describe the rest.

Today

Coming full circle, as much as I’ve emphasized looking forward with this site, I also can’t forget to look back.

I was thinking about doing some sort of emotional reflection (yuck), but I’ll just leave it there.
